Plan mode

Plan mode asks the assistant to lay out what it will do before it does it. Use it for bigger changes: restructuring a page, redesigning a section, adding several pages.

Turning it on​

Press Plan in the toolbar under the message box. It turns blue for the next message and switches off again after that message is sent.

Automatic plan mode​

You do not have to press the button. Phrases like "plan first", "plan this out", "create a plan" or "plan and then implement" switch it on for that message.

What you get​

The assistant describes the steps it intends to take and pauses for your go-ahead. Reply with approval, changes to the plan, or a different request.

When to use it​

  • Any request that touches more than one section or page.
  • Changes you want to review before they land.
  • When you are not sure how the assistant will interpret a request.
