Step 3: Do you have a domain?

Not required. If you like the site and there is a domain you want, it goes live in one go.

No domain for now​

Your site goes live on its hosting address. You can add a domain later. Choose this to deploy immediately on a Wigoh hosting address. You can attach a domain afterwards from the site's settings or the Domains page.

I have a domain​

We attach it and give you the DNS records to publish at your provider. Type the hostname, for example example.com or shop.example.com. After deployment the site's settings page lists the exact records to add at your registrar. See Connecting a domain you own.

Find me a domain​

Pick one you like. It is registered for you and added to this deployment.

  1. Type the name you want and press Check.
  2. If it is taken you see [domain] is taken. Try another.
  3. If it is available you see the yearly price and the Wigoh professional fee, for example example.com is available for $12.99 a year, plus a $X professional fee. Premium names are marked.
  4. Press Buy and continue. You go to a Stripe checkout for the domain and return to the wizard on the confirm step with [domain] is registered and will be connected when you deploy.

Continue​

Continue appears for No domain and I have a domain (once a hostname is entered). For Find me a domain the purchase itself moves you on.
