Refunds
Wigoh keeps a payment only when it can deliver what was paid for. If a website purchase cannot be fulfilled (for example, the site could not be prepared after payment), the payment is refunded automatically and the plan is released.
What you see
A banner above the preview:
- We had trouble setting up your site, so your payment is being refunded. — The refund is on its way back to your card. Nothing was charged for a site we could not deliver.
- We had trouble setting up your site, so your payment has been refunded. — The refund has been issued to your card. It can take a few days to appear on your statement.
- We had trouble setting up your site and are refunding your payment. — Our team is completing the refund by hand. You will not be charged for a site we could not deliver.
While a refund is in progress the site is treated as unpaid: the free-preview banner returns and Deploy is locked.
Cancelling a plan you no longer want
That is different from a refund. Plans are cancelled at the end of the current billing period from Settings → Billing. See Cancel a subscription.
