Going live FAQ

Do I have to deploy as soon as I pay? No. Paying builds the remaining pages. Deploy when you have reviewed the site.

Can I deploy without a domain? Yes. Choose No domain for now. The site goes live on a Wigoh hosting address and you can attach a domain later.

Will deploying change my current website? No. Only your DNS change (which you make) moves visitors to the new site.

How long does deployment take? The dialog says This may take a few minutes. Leave the window open.

Can I deploy the same site twice? Deploying replaces the previous production copy of that project. Ongoing edits from the editor apply to the live site.

What happens to the preview? It is removed once the site is live. The project stays in All projects and opens the live site's editor.

Can I choose the hosting provider or region? No. Hosting is managed by Wigoh.

What if I chose the wrong business? Reopen Deploy before deploying and go back to the Business step. After deployment, contact support.
