Cancel a subscription

1. Open Settings → Billing.
2. On the subscription card press Cancel subscription.
3. Confirm with Yes, cancel on [date], or press Never mind.
4. A notice reads Your subscription will end at the close of the current period. The card's pill changes to Ending and the date line to Ends on [date].

What happens

• Nothing changes immediately. The site stays live and editable until the end of the paid period.
• No further renewal is charged.
• At the end of the period the plan ends and the site's entitlement with it.

Changing your mind

Until the end date, press Keep my subscription on the card. The notice reads Your subscription will keep renewing.

Refunds

Cancelling does not refund the current period. See Refunds.
