Past due payments

If a monthly renewal cannot be charged, the subscription becomes past due. The pill on its Billing card turns red and reads Past due.

• Your site stays live while the payment is retried.
• Update your card details when the payment processor asks; the retry uses the card on file.
• If retries stop succeeding, the plan lapses and the site loses its entitlement.
