Account tiers and your free website
Every account is on one tier, and the tier decides how many preview sites you can build.

A website with a plan is never counted. Buying a plan for your preview is what turns it into a permanent site and moves your account to the paid tier.
The free website
- One per person, not one per sign-up. The free website belongs to you, not to the email address you happened to use. A second account with the same email, phone or device does not get a second free website.
- You cannot delete it yourself. Because you could not build another one, the Destroy action is not offered on a free website. The card shows Free site instead, with the explanation Your free site is kept for 7 days, then archived. Buy it to keep editing.
- Credits. A free account edits on the free preview allowance and cannot buy AI credits. The Credits page says Credits unlock with your first website.
- A failed build does not count. Only a build that finishes uses your free website. Start again.
If you start a second build on a free account, the plan chooser opens with the message You've used your free website. Buy it to build another. Buying the site you already have is the way forward.

Paid accounts
Every website you have a plan for gives you room for three more preview sites at a time. Two paid websites allow six previews, and so on. Deleting a preview frees its slot straight away, so you can keep trying new sites.
When every slot is in use, the plan chooser opens with You have N sites in preview. Buy one to start another. Buying a preview both keeps it and adds three more slots.

The agency programme
Agencies, franchises and multi-location businesses can join the agency programme. Members have no limit on preview sites. Membership is arranged with the team, not bought in the app: apply with the form at wigoh.ai/agency, see Agency plan.
The workspace sidebar has an Agency entry. If you are enrolled it shows your programme summary. If you are not, it shows Become an agency partner with a link to the form. Bulk migration is upcoming and will appear in that section first.
Questions
I am on the free tier and want to try a different site. Buy the website you built, which moves you to the paid tier with three preview slots, or delete nothing and start fresh after purchase.
My colleague and I share an office. Are our accounts linked? No. A shared network is never enough on its own to link two accounts. Only a shared email address, phone number or the same browser on the same machine links them.
I bought a website. How many previews do I have now? Three, plus three more for every further website you buy. The counter in the plan chooser shows the number in use.
