How AI usage is priced
Wigoh does not mark up AI work beyond a small commission.
The rule
What you pay = the AI model provider's cost for the work + a 2% platform fee, rounded to whole cents across the session so rounding does not accumulate.
How a charge happens
- When you send a request on a paid website, Wigoh reserves an estimate from your spendable credits so a second request cannot overdraw the balance.
- The assistant works. The token counter under the message box shows tokens read and written and an approximate cost as it goes.
- When the request finishes, the actual cost is debited and the reservation released.
Where you see it
- Settings → Usage and Settings → Credits list each debit as AI Edit.
- The editor's balance badge updates after each request.
Free websites
On a website with no plan, the website's free allowance pays and your credits are untouched.
Reservations that expire
If a request crashes or the connection drops, its reservation is released automatically so the credit is spendable again.
