Is there a free trial? Every build starts as a free preview with no card required. You pay when you choose a plan to finish and deploy the site.

Can I pay yearly? The app offers monthly plans.

Do credits expire? No.

Can I move a plan to another website? No. A plan belongs to the website it was bought for.

Why was I charged for an edit? On a paid website, edits are paid from your AI credits at the provider's cost plus 2%. On a free website they use the site's allowance instead.

Where is my invoice? Stripe emails a receipt for each payment.

Can I get a refund? Purchases Wigoh cannot fulfil are refunded automatically. Otherwise see the refund policy.

What is Admin Grant in my history? Credit added to your account by the Wigoh team.

Can I build a second free website? No. A free account gets one free website, for life, and cannot buy credits until it holds a paid website. Buying your website moves you to the paid tier with three preview slots per paid website. See Account tiers and your free website.
