Limitation: multi-step forms

A form with several steps (Next → Next → Submit) is created as one page with every field.

What you see: The original form had several steps. The CRM form shows every field on one page.

What to do: if the form is long, ask the assistant to group fields with short headings inside the form, or split the form into two forms on two pages. Fewer fields usually means more submissions.
