Can I use my own form plugin instead? No. Wigoh replaces form plugins with CRM forms so that leads are captured. The assistant declines to add Elementor Pro, Contact Form 7, WPForms or MetForm forms.

Do I get an email when someone submits? Submissions land in the CRM's inbox. Notification settings live in the business dashboard.

Can a form send people to a different page after submitting? Ask the assistant to set a redirect or change the success message.

Is spam protection included? The CRM form service handles submissions; you do not add a captcha.

Can I export submissions? From the CRM in the business dashboard.

Why does my form have fewer fields than before? Some field types were simplified or dropped. Read the limitations recorded for the form and ask the assistant to add what is missing. See Form limitations.

Can I have two forms with different fields on one site? Yes. Each distinct set of fields is its own form.
