Static text / HTML block	A block of text inside the form
Hidden field	Not added	The CRM adds its own tracking fields. See Hidden fields

Field types with no equivalent (captcha widgets, payment fields, signatures, ratings, address autocomplete) are left out and recorded as a limitation.
