Adding a form

In the editor, describe the form you want and where it goes:

Add a contact form to the Contact page with name, email, phone, a dropdown for service (Bookkeeping, Tax, Payroll) and a message box. Button text: Send enquiry. After sending, show "Thanks, we reply within one business day."

What the assistant does

  1. Creates the CRM form in your account's CRM with the fields you named.
  2. Checks that the form renders.
  3. Places it on the page, styled to your site.
  4. Tells you about any limitation (for example a multi-choice field becoming checkboxes).

Field types you can ask for

Text, email, phone, multi-line message, number, date, dropdown, radio buttons, a single checkbox, a group of checkboxes, file upload, a consent checkbox, a web address, and a block of static text. See Supported field types.

Purposes

You can say what the form is for: contact, newsletter, quote, booking, application, or something else. The purpose is recorded with the form and helps the CRM organise submissions.

Reusing a form

If you ask for a form with the same fields on another page, the assistant reuses the form already created rather than making a duplicate.

Limits

Up to 30 fields per form. Longer forms keep the first 30 and record a limitation.
