Create an account

Wigoh accounts are managed by a central account hub, so the same login works across Wigoh products.

Steps

1. Open wigoh.ai and press Get started in the header.
2. You are taken to the account hub sign-up page. Enter your email address and follow the prompts.
3. After you finish, you are returned to the app's home page at app.wigoh.ai, where the prompt box is.

Notes

• Log in in the wigoh.ai header sends you to the same hub, then back to the app.
• The first time you arrive in the app, it may show "Setting up your account, this only takes a moment..." while your account record is created. If you press a button before that finishes, the app waits and retries for you; you may see "Setting up your account..." on the card.
• If the account setup takes unusually long you see "Account setup is taking longer than expected. Please refresh and try again." Refresh the page.

Your Wigoh email and team accounts

Accounts are personal. There is no team invitation feature in the app today: the Invite members and Create new workspace buttons in the workspace menu are placeholders. If you work as a team or an agency, see Agencies and partners.
