Do I have to buy my domain through Wigoh? No. Connect a domain you own by entering the hostname and adding the DNS records Wigoh gives you.

Can I transfer my existing domain into Wigoh? Transfers are not offered in the app. Keep the domain where it is and connect it.

Can one domain serve two sites? No. A domain serves one site.

Can I use a subdomain? Yes, for example shop.example.com.

Will connecting my domain affect my email? No, as long as you leave your MX records in place at your provider. For domains bought through Wigoh, add your mail provider's records on the DNS card.

How long does a new domain take to work? Registration is usually confirmed within minutes; DNS changes can take longer to propagate.

What is the Wigoh professional fee? Wigoh's fee for registering, connecting and managing the domain. It is shown in the quote before you buy.
