Attach a domain to a site

A domain bought through Wigoh can serve one of your sites.

At purchase​

Use Point it at in the quote to choose the site before you buy.

Later​

In Your domains, a domain with no site shows a Point at a site dropdown and an Attach button. Choose the site and press Attach. Only a domain with status Live can be attached.

What attaching does​

  • Records which site the domain serves. The row changes to Serving [site name] with a link to the site's settings.
  • If the site is already deployed, the domain starts serving it. If the site is not deployed yet, the domain attaches itself the moment the site goes live: "It starts serving this site as soon as you deploy. Nothing else to do."

Moving a domain​

A domain serves one site at a time. To move it, contact support.
