How your business account is created

When you deploy a website, the go-live wizard asks Which business is this site for?

  • You name a business. Wigoh creates a business account with that name and address in the business dashboard after the site goes live. Your website's forms and the tools on your plan are attached to it.
  • You choose "I don't have a business". No business account is created. The confirm step says No business account will be created. Forms cannot be created for a website without a business account, and the assistant tells you so if you ask for one.

Correcting the details​

Before deploying, reopen Deploy and go back to the Business step. After deploying, contact support.

Several websites, one business​

Each website is deployed against a business. If two websites belong to the same business, name the same business in both wizards and mention it to support so the accounts are linked correctly.
