The business dashboard

The business dashboard is a separate application from the Wigoh editor. It holds your CRM, chatbot, reviews, social posting, listings and the other tools your plan includes.

Opening it​

  • After deploying: press Go to Dashboard on the Deployment Successful! screen.
  • Any time: expand the sidebar, click your avatar, and choose Go to Dashboard. It opens in a new tab.

You sign in with the same account you use for Wigoh.

What you will find​

The dashboard is organised by business. Your website's business, created from the go-live wizard, is where its leads and tools appear. Sections correspond to the tools on your plan: contacts and conversations (the CRM), the chatbot, reviews, social, listings, scheduling and, on Enterprise, campaigns and voice.
