Are the tools included in Starter? Starter includes CRM-connected forms on the site. The dashboard tools (chatbot, reviews, social, listings, scheduler) come with Professional; email, SMS, voice and NPS with Enterprise.

Can I buy just the chatbot? Yes. Standard ($29 a month, worldwide), Pro ($39) and Premium ($79, both US and Canada) are sold on their own at aimarketingtechnology.com and through the Shopify and Wix apps. See Chatbot plans. Professional and Enterprise website plans include it.

Where do I log in? Go to Dashboard in the Wigoh account menu, with your Wigoh account.

Do form submissions cost credits? No. Forms and the CRM are part of the plan; AI credits pay only for the editor assistant.

Can I export my contacts? From the CRM in the business dashboard.

I have two locations. Do I need two plans? Each website has one plan and one business. Two location websites are two plans.

Where is the chatbot configured? In the business dashboard. Placing it on a page is done in the Wigoh editor.
