The AI chatbot can be bought on its own, without a Wigoh website plan. It is billed monthly by card.

Pro and Premium add the North-America-only capabilities such as the phone receptionist. Contact sales for the exact feature split between tiers.
What happens when you buy
- You choose a tier and pay by card on the sales channel you bought from: the aimarketingtechnology.com site, the Shopify app, or the Wix app.
- A business account is created for your business (or the chatbot is added to a business you already have) and a login is created for you. You sign in with the same account you use for Wigoh.
- The chatbot is activated on that business. The widget is then configured and embedded on your site from the business dashboard.
One chatbot per business
A chatbot belongs to a business, not to an email address. One owner can run several businesses, each with its own chatbot. If your email already owns a business when you buy, you are asked whether to add the chatbot to that business or create a new one, so nothing is created or charged by accident.
Region
Your business address decides which tiers you can buy. A valid state or province is required to create the business account.
Cancelling
Cancelling a tier deactivates the chatbot on that business at the end of the billing period. Your business account and CRM data remain.
