Contacts from your website forms
Every form Wigoh places on your site is a CRM form. This page explains what a contact created from one looks like.
Mapped fields

Other fields (message, company, dates, dropdowns, checkboxes) are stored with the submission and shown in the conversation.
Duplicate handling
A second submission from the same email updates the same contact and adds a conversation rather than creating a duplicate.
Tags
Each form carries the tags wigoh and its purpose (contact, newsletter, quote, booking, application or other), so you can filter contacts by which form they came from.
