When a template is unusable

Some templates fail to install on a fresh WordPress site: a missing dependency, a broken package, or a kit that no longer matches its description. Wigoh detects this during Applying Design Kit.

What you see

The build pauses and the chat posts a message asking you to choose again. A fresh picker appears with a different list of matches, starting from the top. The layout returns to full width while you choose.

What to do

Pick another template. The build resumes from Applying Design Kit with your new choice. Nothing else about your project changes.

If it happens repeatedly

Try a template with a lower match score, or start a migration instead. If the same template fails for you twice, tell support which option it was so the library can be fixed.
