Redesign FAQ

Can I see a template on my content before choosing? No. The live demo shows the template's own content. Your content is applied during the build. You can change template by starting a fresh redesign.

Can I change templates after the build? Not in place. Start a new redesign from the home page and pick a different option. The earlier project stays in All projects.

Do I have to pick a template? Yes. The build waits at the picker until you do, and no server is provisioned before then. If you leave, the Welcome back card returns you to the picker.

Can I bring my own template? Not today. The library is curated by Wigoh.

How many templates are there? The counter under the picker shows how many were matched for your site. Press Show me 3 more until the picker says the library is exhausted.

Does the redesign keep my SEO text? Your page text is rewritten to fit the template, so headings and paragraphs change. Review important pages in the editor and adjust wording that matters for search.

What about my images? Images from your site are placed into the template where they fit. The template's other pictures on the home page, header and footer are remade for your business, each at the same size and in the same place as the template's own, so the layout keeps its look. On a free preview, a picture the allowance does not cover is shown blurred with Unlock with a plan. Pictures on the other pages are remade after you choose a plan. The logo, lines and decorative shapes stay as the template has them. You can replace any picture in the editor.
