Moving from Shopify
What is available today
Wigoh migrates the look of your storefront: home page design, header, footer and content pages, read as a visitor. During onboarding the assistant marks the platform as Shopify, and the project is labelled Shopify in All projects.
What is upcoming
A credentials-based import that pulls your products and blog articles from Shopify and creates them in WooCommerce on the new site. The onboarding chat already contains the Additional Info Required card that asks for a Shopify access token and an optional store password, and the build shows a Syncing Products step when that path is used. It is documented as upcoming until the team announces it is available. See Shopify credentials.
Steps today
- Type your store's address on the home page.
- Confirm Website Migration or ask for a redesign.
- Review the home page in the editor.
What to check afterwards
- Product grids on the home page are rebuilt as visual sections, not as live products.
- Cart, checkout and account links have no destination until a store is set up on the new site.
- Contact and newsletter forms become CRM forms.
