Migrate a website​

  1. Sign in at wigoh.ai. 2. On the home page, paste the site address into the prompt box and send. 3. Answer the assistant's questions; press the confirmation card's button. 4. Wait through Provisioning Server, Cloning Website, Quality Check. 5. Review the preview. 6. Press Deploy to choose a plan when ready.

Change something on a page​

  1. Open the project (Open in All projects). 2. Pick the page in the page switcher. 3. Turn on Visual edits and click the element, or describe the change in chat. 4. Wait for the preview to refresh. 5. /undo if wrong.

Go live​

  1. Press Deploy in the editor. 2. Choose a plan and pay. 3. Return to the editor; press Deploy again. 4. Readiness → Business → Domain → Confirm. 5. Wait for the four deployment steps. 6. Go to Dashboard or Create New Site.

Connect a domain you own​

  1. Open the site's settings (gear icon). 2. In the wizard's Domain step choose existing and enter it, or after deploying open Domains on the settings page. 3. Add the DNS records shown at your registrar. 4. Wait; status turns Live.

Buy credits​

  1. Sidebar → Credits. 2. Choose a preset or type an amount ($1–$500). 3. Pay. Balance updates immediately.

Cancel a plan​

  1. Settings → Billing. 2. Find the website. 3. Cancel subscription; confirm. The site stays live until the period ends. Keep my subscription reverses it.

Bring an existing WordPress site​

  1. Projects → Connected WordPress → download plugin. 2. Install and activate in WordPress. 3. Connect to Wigoh; compare codes; Approve. 4. Send to Wigoh. 5. Wait for import; Open in Wigoh. 6. Edit. 7. Publish to my site. 8. Approve in Wigoh → Releases in WP admin. 9. Roll back within 7 days if needed.

Ask for an agency arrangement​

  1. Go to wigoh.ai/agency. 2. Fill in the form with the number of sites, platforms and timeline. 3. Wait for the email reply.
