Build a site, step by step

1. Describe the site

On the home page, or on the /build page, type your description and press Enter.

2. Answer the assistant if asked

For a short prompt it asks whether you have a site, then one question about the business.

3. Confirm

Press Start Building on the Build from Scratch card. The card reads Setting up your workspace..., then Build started! The chat adds "Your workspace is being set up. The AI builder will start creating your site shortly!"

4. Pick a template

While the chat shows Finding the best templates for you..., your description is matched against the template library. The chat then posts "Here are the templates that fit your brief. The first is our recommendation, but the choice is yours." and shows the picker: three cards at a time, the best match carrying a Recommended badge and a button reading Recommended · 92% Match. Press the button under the one you want; see Choosing a template for the cards, Show me 3 more and Back.

Nothing is set up until you have chosen. If you like none of the templates, leave; no server has been created for the project.

5. Follow the checklist

Choosing Your Template → Provisioning Server → Installing Template → Writing Content → Quality Check. The preview panel shows the site as it appears.

6. Land in the editor

When the checklist completes the chat posts "Sandbox ready — switching to AI builder..." and the editor opens with your new site.
