Can I choose the template? Yes. After Start Building, the matches for your description appear as cards; the first is marked Recommended and you pick any of them. Nothing is provisioned until you have chosen.

Do I need to know what pages I want? No, but naming them helps. Without a list the template's standard pages are used.

Can I write in a language other than English? Describe the site in the language you want the content in. The assistant follows the description.

How long does it take? The checklist is the guide; builds usually finish in minutes.

Is the first build free? Yes. The site starts as a free preview. A plan is needed to remove the limits and go live. See The free preview explained.

Can I start over with a better description? Yes. Go to Home and type the new description; a new project is created.

What is the difference between /build and the home page? The /build page is a public page that explains the AI Website Builder and has its own prompt box. Submitting it leads to the same onboarding chat.
