An account. Sign up with an email address on the Wigoh account hub. The app signs you in from there. See Create an account.
A modern browser. The editor shows your site in a live preview and streams the assistant's answers, so use a current version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari on a desktop or laptop. The editor is a two-column layout and is not designed for phones.
Time to review. A build runs for a few minutes. Keep the tab open, or come back later: your progress is saved and the Welcome back card offers to continue.
The public address of the website, for example https://yourbusiness.com. Wigoh reads the site the way a visitor does, so the site must be reachable on the internet. Password-protected or offline sites cannot be migrated.
Nothing else. You do not enter passwords or API keys for the platform the site is on today.
A description of the business. Include the type of business, what it offers, who it serves and the tone you want. A single sentence works; a paragraph works better. The assistant may ask one follow-up question if the description is short.
A plan. You choose one in the app when you are ready. Payment is by card through Stripe.
Your business details. The go-live wizard asks which business the site is for and lets you search it on Google to fill in the address. You can also say you do not have a business.
A domain, optionally. You can go live without one, connect a domain you already own, or buy a new one inside Wigoh.
