Words Wigoh uses
Assistant / Wigoh AI : The AI you talk to. In onboarding it works out what you want to build. In the editor it makes changes to your site.
Blank Sandbox : An empty WordPress site created from the All Projects page, with no migration or template. You build it up from the editor.
Build : The process that creates your WordPress site. Each build shows a short checklist of steps and ends with Quality Check.
Business tools : The marketing and customer tools included with the Professional and Enterprise plans: chatbot, CRM, reviews, social posting, local listings and more. They live in the business dashboard.
Code view : The Code tab in the preview panel. It shows the files of your WordPress site and an activity log.
Credits (AI credits) : A balance of money, in US dollars, that pays for AI edits on paid websites. Credits belong to your account and are shared across all of your websites. They never expire.
CRM : Customer relationship manager. Every form on a Wigoh-built site sends its submissions to your CRM as contacts and conversations.
Deploy / Go live : Copying your finished site from the preview to production hosting, with SSL and your domain.
Domain
: Your website's name on the internet, such as yourbusiness.com. You can buy one in Wigoh or connect one you already own.
Drift report : For connected WordPress sites: the list of things that changed on your live site since Wigoh took its snapshot, shown before a release is applied.
Editor
: The screen with the chat on the left and your site on the right, at /edit.
Elementor : The WordPress page builder your site is built with. The Edit button in the preview opens it in a new tab.
Free preview : What every build starts as. It covers what the free allowance allows and AI edits are rate limited. A plan removes those limits.
Plan : A monthly subscription attached to one website: Starter, Professional or Enterprise.
Preview : Your WordPress site while it is being built and edited, before it goes live. Only you can open it.
Project : One website in your workspace. The All Projects page lists them.
Release : For connected WordPress sites: a packaged set of changes proposed to your live site, approved inside WordPress, applied with rollback.
Sandbox : The app's word for the private server that runs your preview site. Destroy Sandbox deletes it permanently.
Snapshot : For connected WordPress sites: the copy of your database and files the plugin sends to Wigoh.
Template / design kit : A professionally designed set of WordPress pages that Wigoh applies in the redesign and build-from-scratch paths.
Visual edits : The editor mode in which you click an element in the preview to tell the assistant exactly what to change.
Wigoh Connect : The WordPress plugin that links your own WordPress site to your Wigoh account.
Workspace : Your area of the app: projects, connected WordPress sites, domains, credits and settings.
