When something is down

  1. Reload the page. Builds and deployments continue in the background; the progress view catches up on reload.
  2. Check the preview in a new tab using the project's Preview link.
  3. Check your own connection, especially for the editor's live preview.
  4. For a live site, open its settings page and read the Health card. Responding with a 200 status means the site is up.
  5. For a domain, open the Domains page and check its status; Waiting for DNS is normal for up to 48 hours.
